We are located in St Petersburg, Florida. We only ship within the USA, with the exception of Alaska & Hawaii. No international shipping.

MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO

ORDER LIVE ANIMALS 

Live spider shipments are sent on Mondays with Redline/FedEx 2 day or overnight Live Animal Shipping, depending on what you choose at check out. They can be shipped to your home if local temps are 40°F - 84°F. If temps are not within that range they will be shipped to a FedEx location for pick up (HAL). We will not ship if temps are 99°F or higher, or if temps are 32°F or lower. We observe both the lowest and highest predicted temps. If you are unwilling to follow these guidelines, your order will be canceled minus a 3.5% processing fee. 

Spiders will be shipped by FedEx via Redline Live Animal Shipping on Mondays and as weather permits. This is the only legal & safe way to ship arachnids in the United States. We do hold a Florida Wildlife Permit which allows us the exportion of native arachnid species.

Arachnids have to be shipped in specially approved boxes and require special labels. A lot of extra work, materials & expense go into making sure your Arachnid makes it safely to your home. If you will not be HOME OR THE WEATHER ISN'T OPTIMAL to receive your spider shipment please choose the FedEx Hub option at checkout (HAL). We will email you to verify that the Hub we ship it to is the most convenient location for you to pick up your package. Please note: FedEx requires a Photo ID for pick up.

The cut-off time for your order to be shipped on MONDAY is the previous THURSDAY at 9 pm Eastern time. Orders placed after the cut-off day may not ship until the following week.

Local Pick Up & Drop Off:

If you live in the Tampa Bay area of FL, it is possible to arrange a local pick-up in St Petersburg/Kenneth City, FL. It is also possible to arrange for local drop-off if you are located in Pinellas County, Florida. You can choose one of these options at checkout.

LAG:

You must be home to receive your order for this guarantee. If you chose HAL, you must pick package up from the FedEx hub the same day it's delivered.

DOA:

In the very rare occassion you spider arrives DOA, you must contact us within 1 hour of verified delivery time with pictures and a video of your spider, to show proof that it expired during shipping. We will refund the cost of the spider. However, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping, due to the fact that shipping & transport is beyond our control.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellations that occur before shipping label is purchased (generally purchased on FRIDAY by 6pm Eastern time) incur a 3.5%

cancelation & restocking fee. Once shipping labels are purchased, orders can not be canceled or refunded.
